What happens after you write?
We read every enquiry personally. Within one business day you will receive a short reply confirming we have your message and suggesting a time for a 30-minute discovery call. That call is free and carries no obligation. If we think another firm would serve you better, we will say so and make an introduction where we can.

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
During business days we aim to reply within four working hours. Messages received over the weekend are answered first thing on Monday morning. If your matter is urgent, calling us directly is the fastest route.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The 30-minute call is at no charge and comes with no strings attached. We use it to understand your situation and decide together whether a formal engagement makes sense. About one in four discovery calls ends with us recommending the company handle the issue internally or speak to a specialist in a different field.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely. We welcome visitors to our Devonshire Road office by appointment. We also travel to client sites across Scotland and can arrange meetings in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen at short notice. For clients elsewhere in the UK, we typically work via video call for the initial phase and visit on-site during implementation.
What information should I prepare before the call?
A brief outline of the challenge you are facing is enough. If you have recent management accounts, a P&L summary or an organisation chart, those can help us give more specific feedback during the call, but they are not required upfront.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before the discovery call if you prefer. Just mention it in your enquiry and we will send our standard template for your review.
Prefer to call?
Some people would rather pick up the phone. That is fine with us. Dial +44 7716 261595 during office hours and you will speak directly to a consultant, not a receptionist or a call queue. If we miss your call, leave a voicemail and we will ring back within the hour.
